Ich bin in beiden Feldern verbunden und kann mir beides gut vorstellen. Die Medizinarbeit hat gerade viel dynamik in sich, so dass mein Gefühl ist es könnte besser passen.
Was wird das Grundstück bei einer Versteigerung erzihlen ?
Der Mrkt ist gerade sehr dynamisch, ich schätze irgentwo wischen 250k und 600k
Was sind die geschätzten Kosten für die Sanierung ?
Das Haus ist zu 2/3 fertig saniert und in einem schönen Zustand sofort nutzbar. Das EG muss innen noch saniert werden. Die Scheune kann ausgebaut werden, baugenehmigung ist dafür keine nötig. Das Grundstück ist Schuldenfrei wir haben ohne Finanzierung gekauft.
Wie ist die Zeitliche Situation ?
Die Teilungsversteigerung wird wenn dann von mir ausgelöst. Insofern lässt sich das besprechen. Ich möchte bis 31.12. Klarheit haben wie es weiter gehen soll.

The market is very dynamic right now, I’m guessing somewhere between 250k and 600k
What is the estimated cost of the cleanup?
The house is 2/3 completely renovated and can be used immediately in a beautiful condition. The ground floor still needs to be renovated inside. The barn can be expanded, no building permit is required. The property is debt free, we bought it without financing.
How is the time situation?
The division auction will then be triggered by me. In that sense it can be discussed. I want to 31.12. Be clear about how to proceed.
